This year, I think I grew in collaboration the most because I think that I grew in talking to more people and working well with them. I think that the storybook project helped a lot because I had to work with another partner for almost 2 quarters. I didn’t know them at first, but then I got comfortable with talking to them. The process helped because we learned how to collaborate with each other, and learned what our mistakes were through the collaboration logs. This change needed to happen because if I didn’t want to work with them, I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much. WE wouldn’t have come up with the best product possible. This quality was improved because we did a lot of projects, and we worked in groups most of the time, so the change just happened over time.
